With all of our rIS support levels, client's systems will be continuously monitored and maintained by the MTi Network Control Center (NCC). The minimum length of any subscription is six months.

Basic

Coverage from 8am to 6pm Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays

Extended

Coverage is 24 hours, Monday through Friday (Monday, 00:00 through Friday, 23:59), excluding major holidays

Premium

Coverage is 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year
